Uploads and deletions require an Authorization token issued by the
operator. Ordinary download links are public and shareable. Protected
uploads return a per-file password that is then required to download.

Replace UPLOAD_TOKEN/DELETE_TOKEN or $token with the operator's secrets
and <name>/<file> with a returned path. Uploading without a token answers
"unauthorized".

Maximum request size: 104857600 bytes.
Default expiry: 7d. The expire header can select a different duration.
Expired files are removed hourly.
